Tacomtober Day 6 "Limbo"

@tacom-literatureu-blog for day 6 I decided to draw a scene all the way from the first book, specifically where Ranboo's in limbo and he imagines Ghostbur swimming among the fishes :)

Ranboo Beloved never should have died. He was never meant to. To right these wrongs, Lady Death takes it upon herself to intervene, and send Ranboo to a world without death.

Happy 1 year anniversary to a fic that has absolutely changed my life. I had near-zero interest in the dsmp, but I can't resist a good crossover fic. And because of it, I've met so many amazing people and made some incredible friends, and I've been so incredibly inspired artistically because of it. Thank you @pattonflower666 and @chambers003 for bring the world of TACOMLU to life, and for creating such a wonderful series.

Bc I'm in a TACOMLU mood, here's two songs that just fit characters from those fics

This one just screams TACOMLU!Grian or Jimmy. Listen to it and try to tell me wrong. It fits either or both of them and if I had the tools to make an animatic I would.

This just fits the over all plot in so many ways- Here's parts of one verse:

'For the sleepless nights' - Gem, Grian, Ranboo, Red, Eret, so many characters

'For the warning signs I completely ignored' - Jimmy or Grian or anyone talking about events!!

'It's no big surprise you turned out this way' - I feel like this is something Scar or Mumbo would say to Grian during one of their fights-

When Tubbo was a soldier, his favorite color was green. Like the bandana Tommy gave him, like grass, like trees to climb in.

When Tubbo became president, he claimed he didn't have a favorite color. He didn't have the time to care. Everything was in shades of gray.

When Tubbo met Ranboo, he asked them their favorite color. Just as an ice breaker waiting for everyone else to arrive at the cabinet meeting.

And when Ranboo said purple, that became Tubbo’s favorite color too - Patton

Tommy's comfort food is a sandwich with peanut butter, jelly, Nutella, marshmallow fluff, honey, hot sauce, and potato chips with the crusts cut off and a glass of milk.

Tubbo’s comfort food is buttered noodles and a hot chocolate.

Ranboo’s comfort food is a nice, juicy burger, potato salad, and a strawberry milkshake.

I just remembered a plot point I cut out of KMKY oh my god.

Techno finds out Ranboo is married early, and Mumbo, not wanting to expose Bee duo, blurts out that Ranboo married Tommy. Tubbo thinks this is hilarious and Tommy is DISTRAUGHT that he's now stuck in a fake dating au.

I was gonna surprise Chambers with it but I wound up not having the time - Patton
